Educating how to identify drivers who are deaf or hard of hearing , practical communication methods, when to request an interpreter, and ADA regulations.

Building Bridges in the Silence

This is an educational program dedicated to helping better understand and communicate with Deaf, Hard of Hearing, speech-impaired, and autistic individuals.

Coming Soon: Don't Dispatch Your Kids

This class is still being refined to better support dispatchers as they navigate parenting and the unique challenges of life behind the headset. It will provide practical strategies to help prevent us from “dispatching” our kids when we are at home.
